Terms of use.

Updated October 10, 2026

SozoRock Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates Tekendi and tekendi.com. These terms apply to the website, the waitlist, the contact form and the interactive sample. By using the website, you agree to them.

The interactive sample

The sample uses fictional people, companies and data, and runs in your browser. It is practice. It is not professional, legal or security advice, an assessment, a certification or an offer of employment.

Early access

Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access. Access to the Tekendi workplace is provided under separate written terms.

Your work record

The record you download from the sample is yours to keep and share. It describes actions taken with fictional data. Please do not present it as a certification, an assessment result or an employment record.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website. This includes attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, probe or bypass its security, send unlawful or harmful content, or submit forms by automated means.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, film, 3D models, software and the Tekendi name, are owned by SozoRock Tech Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the website, share links to it and use the sample for your own non-commercial purposes. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the third-party notices.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and the sample are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SozoRock Tech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
